PHOENICIA, Tyre. 126/5 BC-AD 65/6. AR Half Shekel (6.80 g, 12h). Dated CY 53 (74/3 BC). Laureate bust of Melkart right / TUROU IERAS KAI ASULOU, eagle standing left on prow, palm over right wing; GN (date) above club to left, A to right, a between legs. Unpublished in the standard references. Good VF, dark iridescent toning. Fine style.
