PALESTINE, Gaza. Late 5th-mid 4th century BC. AR Drachm (3.91 g, 1h). Attic standard. Municipal coinage. Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves over visor and a spiral palmette on the bowl, Aramaic mem on cheek / AQE, owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent behind; all within incuse square. Mildenberg, Gaza 7. EF. Exceptional for type. Very rare.
