BASILEWS MEGALOU EUKRATID[OU], diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, wearing helmet adorned with bull's horn and ear / “Rajasa mahatakasa Evukratidasa” in Karosthi, the Dioskouroi standing facing, holding spears; monogram to right. Bopearachchi Série 17A (same obv. die); SNG ANS -; MIG -; MACW -; CNG 70, 468 (same dies); CNG 69, 808 (same dies). Good VF, dark find patina, delamination on reverse. Exremely rare, fourth known with this monogram.
Bopearachchi notes that this monogram was unknown among all the other bilingual coinages of Eukratides.
