INDIA, Early northern trade coinage. Narhan-Chirand-Muzaffarpur culture. Circa 440-400 BC. AR 32 Mashaka (6.59 g). Uniface cut ingot with four crescents around central pellet within circle and uncertain figural punchmarks, as well as a “C” shaped shroff mark / Blank. Cf. ATEC 2194-2197. Good VF. Rare variety.
