Diademed head of Venus left, wearing single-pendant earring, hair in knot, ornamented by star; Cupid on shoulder; lituus before, scepter behind / CAESAR, trophy with helmet, cuirass, two spears, oval and oblong shields, and two carnyces (trumpets); on left, a naked, bearded Gaul kneeling left on one knee, looking upward; on right, Gallia seated right.
