IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M TR P P P COS III, laureate head right / ROMA, S C across field, Roma standing left, holding Victory on extended right hand and spear in left. RIC II 443; BMCRE 560-563; BN 525-527; Cohen 419. Near EF, hard dark green patina with hints of brown, black, and flecks of brick-red on the reverse, very minor smoothing. Wonderful portrait.
