IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M TR P P P COS III, laureate head right / VIC[TO-R]IA AVGVSTI, S C in exergue, Victory standing right, left foot on helmet, inscribing with her right hand OB/CI[V]/SE[R] in three lines on a shield held in her left hand and set on palm tree; to right, Jewess seated right in attitude of mourning.
