M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVII, laureate and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / IMP VI COS III, RELIG AVG in exergue, the Aedes Mercurii: Mercury standing left on pedestal, holding caduceus and purse, within temple with herm columns; on tympanum, cock, ram, and possibly caduceus, winged helmet and purse.
