Diocletian. AD 284-305. Æ Reduced Sestertius (4.99 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 285. IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG, laureate and draped bust right / IOVI CONSER-VAT AVGG, Jupiter standing facing, head left, holding thunderbolt in right hand and scepter in left. Cf. RIC V 202 (Semis) var. (rev. legend); Hunter -; Cohen -. Good VF, brown patina, light smoothing. Extremely rare.
