RUSSIA, Tsars of Russia. Yelizaveta Petrovna (Elizabeth). 1741-1762. AV 5 Roubles (8.18 g, 12h). Moskva (Moscow) mint. Dated 1756. “By the grace of God, Elizabeth I. Emp(ress) and Autocrat of all Russia” in Cyrillic; mintmark in exergue, crowned bust right; Åë on truncation / “Russian Empire, mon(ey) weight 5” in Cyrillic, crowned cruciform coats-of-arms crowned cruciform coats-of-arms of Moskva, Kazan, Novosibirsk, and Astrkhan in ornate frames around central imperial Russian coat-of-arms; flowers at angles; 1–7–5–6 in voids. Bitkin 47; Uzdenikov 85; Friedberg 124; KM (C)27.1. In an NGC slab graded AU 55, lightly toned. Rare. Small C countermark in left field of obverse.
