Dated 1796. “By the grace of God, Ekaterina II, Empress” in Cyrillic , crowned bust right; TI on truncation / “Autocrat of all Russia” • 17–96 in Cyrillic, crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb, coat-of-arms of Moskva framed by Order of St. Andrei the First Called on breast; imperial crown above.
