ЄD : PO : GnS : RЄG : Λ nGL : PnPS : AQVI (voided quatrefoil stops; Ss retrograde), Edward wearing rose wreath, standing facing, holding sword up in right hand and raising left hand; at feet, two leopards couchant; to left and right, two ostrich feathers with tips curved inward; all within ornate Gothic portico / + DnS : ΛIVTO : ÷ : P’TЄCTO : mЄ : ÷ : IIPO SPΛIT : COR mЄVm (double rosette stops), ornate cross quernée with rose in center, lion passant and lis in opposite quarters; all within arched quatrefoil set on quadrate frame with roses in angles; pelleted cinquefoils in spandrals.
