Laureate head left / MODERATIONI above, S C across field, small, bareheaded bust of Tiberius facing, in center of round medallion; the bust is in a small plain circle, surrounded by petals, outside of which is a thick raised circle of petals, like those of a sunflower; beyond that, on the outside of the shield, a laurel wreath.
