POTTERY. Greek Mainland. Corinthian. c. 600-550 BCE. (75 mm tall x 45 mm wide). A tear shaped Aryballos with thick wide lip and small handle to one side. Bichrome painted glaze forms design over the majority of the example, in series of lines and dashes in rows. Extensive wear on the glaze present. Some stress cracks present as well on the example. |
