Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Asclepius standing left, sacrificing from patera over lighted altar to left, and leaning on serpent-entwined staff to right. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 4862; K&G 74.57; RPC VIII Online 3202; Emmett 3472.4 (R5). Brown patina, short flan cracks. Good VF. Extremely rare, superior to the Dattari specimen. Only the Dattari example known to RPC. |
