JUDAEA, Neapolis. Otacilia Severa. Augusta, AD 244-249. Æ (28mm, 15.69 g, 7h). Diademed and draped bust right on crescent / Zeus seated left on throne, holding scepter and Mt. Gerizim; to lower left, eagle standing left, head right, wings displayed; star above. Harl –; RPC VIII Online 2328; Rosenberger –; Sofaer 184-5. Earthen green surfaces, porosity, die break on obverse. Good Fine. Very rare. None known to Harl and only the two Sofaer examples recorded in RPC.
