POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. (200 mm wide by 45 mm tall). A Blackware kylix with a squat round foot supports a wide squat cup with two upturned handles on either side of the cup. The vessel has a rounded lip and slightly molded interior of the bottom portion of the bowl, with a stamped Rosette pattern set centrally to decorate the piece. The example has very little chipping or loss of patina and is well patinated over the entire cup. Intact.
