Laureate bust right, slight drapery / ROMA RESVRGES, S C in exergue, Vespasian, laureate and togate, standing left, left arm at side, right hand extended to raise up Roma, a draped woman, kneeling right in front of him, and holding out her right hand to him; in the background stands the goddess Roma, helmeted and in military dress, holding [spear] and round shield.
