LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 540-510 BC. AR Nomos (29.5mm, 7.91 g, 12h). Ear of barley with seven grains / Incuse ear of barley with six grains. Noe Class III, 90; HN Italy 1467. Deeply toned, with some iridescence, areas of roughness and weak strike. VF. High relief.
