Laureate head right / Serapis enthroned left, extending right hand over Cerberus seated at feet, holding scepter in right; L ΛΓ (date) to left. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 9587; K&G 41.141; RPC IV.4 3575.11 (this coin); Emmett 2557.33 (R4). Brown patina, light porosity. VF. Rare, from Commodus’ last regnal year.
