GLASS. Roman. 2nd – 3rd Cent. CE. (125 mm tall x 40 mm wide). A unguentarium in green glass with a wide base, and body and, by extension, neck that tapers into a long, skinny tube. The lip trumpets then folds back on itself. Encrustations internally present. The glass has some attractive iridescence. |
