JEWELRY. Kushan/Bactria. c. 2400-2100 BCE. (10.0 cm) A large, heavy copper bracelet with a large central medallion centrally placed on the top of the piece. On the band, each side is lined with 6 large, beaded adornments arranged side by side. 4 other adornments at the bottom of the bracelet are spaced evenly. On the medallion, a central bead is surrounded by 12 petals that alternate between plain and decorated petals. Tag inside the bracelet noting BMAC 254. With small case with glass lid. Loss of one bead at the bottom of the piece.
