Q. Servilius Caepio (M. Junius) Brutus. 54 BC. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.76 g, 6h). Rome mint. Head of Libertas right with jewels in hair above forehead / The consul L. Junius Brutus walking left between two lictors, each carrying axe over shoulder, preceded by an accensus. Crawford 433/1; Sydenham 906; Junia 31; RBW 1542 var. (without jewels in hair). Toned, a few scratches and marks beneath tone, reverse struck slightly off center. VF.
