Warrior, holding couched lance, on horse rearing right; Δ (mark of value) below / Bull butting left; ΔIONYΣIΟΣ ΔHMHTPIOY in two lines in exergue; all within circular maeander pattern border. Kinns, Two 15 var. (O13/R– [unlisted rev. die]) = Bement 1458 (same obv. die); SNG Copenhagen 825 = Rhousopoulos 3718. Porous, light scratch on obverse, a couple minor die breaks on reverse. VF. Very rare, and one of only five with this magistrate. |
