Two wrestlers grappling; EY between, inverted palmette in exergue / Slinger in throwing stance right; [Σ]EΛΓEYΣ to left, counterclockwise triskeles of legs to right, astragalos between legs; all within dotted square border in shallow incuse square. SNG BN 1923 (same dies); SNG Copenhagen 236 (same dies); SNG von Aulock 5256 (this coin); ACGC 1007 (same obv. die). Beautiful iridescent cabinet tone. Superb EF. Perfectly centered and struck. Certainly the finest known stater of Selge.
