Half-length facing bust of the Theotokos, orans, infant Christ on breast / Half-length facing bust of Ivan Šišman, holding cross-tipped scepter. Cf. Dochev 4430; Raduchev & Zhekov Type 1.15.9-12; Youroukova & Penchev 126-7. Golden and blue toning. Good VF. Well struck.
