EUBOIA, Eretria. Circa 500-465 BC. AR Stater (24.5mm, 8.33 g, 10h). Cow standing right, head reverted with hind leg scratching muzzle, on ornate ground line; E below / Octopus within incuse square. BCD Euboia 313 (same obv. die); HGC 4, 1505; Boston MFA 1025 (same obv. die); McClean 5698 (same obv. die). Toned, some die wear on obverse, area of weak strike. VF.
