Palm tree with two bunches of dates; “Shim‘on, Prince of Israel” (in Hebrew) around / Vine leaf on tendril; “year one of the redemption of Israel” (in Hebrew) around. Mildenberg 46 (O2/R11); Meshorer 222 (same rev. die as illustration); Hendin 6407; Bromberg 568 (same dies); Shoshana I 20240–1; Sofaer 5–6 (same rev. die); Spaer 244 (same dies). Green-brown surfaces, some deposits, indications of undertype on reverse. Good VF.
