Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, wearing elephant skin, aegis around neck / Athena Alkidemos advancing right; to right, HP monogram, Corinthian helmet right, and eagle standing right on thunderbolt. Head, Guide, –; GPCG –; cf. CPE 65 (for prototype). Red-brown patina with golden toning, scratches, edge marks. Good VF. |
