POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. 135 mm tall x 150 mm wide). A Blackware Hydria with a small, raised foot to support a rounded bowl folded in on itself at the top, only to open centrally with a raised lip surrounding. To each quarter of the lid, a spike decorates the section. Two handles extend vertically from either side of the lid, each has a single spike atop it. There is evidence of restoration to the handles. Light deposits. Otherwise, the pot is in fine condition.
