POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. (80 mm tall x 180 mm wide). A footed bowl in Blackware. A round, squat base holds a short stem that supports a wide low walled bowl with a single band just under the rounded lip decorating the exterior of the bowl. Some patina present. Glaze is glossy black with only very minor loss. Small chip at rim. A very attractive piece that would make a nice display item .
