Constantine I. AD 307/310-337. Æ Follis (19.5mm, 3.15 g, 6h). Londinium (London) mint. Struck late AD 320-321. Laureate and cuirassed bust left, holding eagle-tipped scepter / Banded globe set on altar inscribed VOT/IS/ XX in three lines; three stars above; PLON. RIC VII –; RML 961 (forthcoming; this coin cited – also illustrated on p. 84 for bust type – 3rd illustration on page); C&T 9.03.003 (this coin illustrated). Dark brown patina, slight reverse die wear. Near EF. Very rare. RR in both C&T and RML. The only example cited by RML, the plate coin in C&T, and with C&T only referencing one other example.
