Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; c/m: lyre within circle of dots / Female personification of Lesbos standing right, holding scepter and small temple; to right, Commodus standing left, in military dress, sacrificing from patera over altar and holding spear; below, Oceanus reclining left, holding rudder over his shoulder.
