Stone Seal. Sassanian Empire. 224 BC - 651 CE. (25 mm.) Quartzite. An O type stamp seal with round embellishments across back and a central piercing for suspension. On the face, a bust of a bearded man wearing a bird’s head adornment on head. Inscription in Pahlavi to left side. Göbl 7a. Crudely carved.
