Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, on throne with sphinx on each leg; in left field, prow left. Ashton, Alexander 15 (A4/P14 – this coin, illustrated); Price 2471 var. (no sphinxes). Lightly toned, some weakness to strike, light deposits, cleaning marks, minor doubling on obverse, scratch in field on reverse. VF.
