Bronze Seal. Baktrian. 2400 - 2100 BC. (48 mm.) A round, close worked seal with loop on back for suspension. On the face, a bust of a man faces to the left. He wears a tall cap, earrings, necklace and fine vestments. In his left hand, he holds a torch, in his right, a staff. Sarianidi -. A very uncommon image on Baktrian seals. Some wear and highpoints.
