POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. (185 mm tall x 120 mm wide). An unglazed Oinochoe with flat foot, large, oval body that leads into a squat neck terminating in a trefoil spout. A single handle extends from the lip to the upper shoulder of the body. At ¾’s high on the body, incised concentric circles adorn the surface as a decorative element. Some encrustations. Intact. |
