POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. (90 mm tall x 80 mm wide). A miniature Oinochoe with flared lip and single handle extending from the lip to the shoulder. On the body, a vine pattern surrounds the vessel. Above, a field of vertical lines adorns the shoulder. Repair at handle and minor loss there still. Wonderful painted surfaces remain. |
