Facing bust of Christ Pantokrator, five pellets in bars of nimbus / Crowned facing half length bust of Constantine IX, wearing jeweled loros, holding cruciform scepter and globus cruciger. BLS I 79b (same dies); DOCBS 6, 73.11. Gray patina, flan flaw and slight bend. Near EF. Channel nicely intact.
