POTTERY. Magna Graecia. 6th-4th Cent. BCE. (180 mm wide x 75 mm tall). A Blackware footed bow with rounded lip and carved pattern of Meandros in squares and shells surrounded by several rows of hatch marks at the base of the bowl. A fantastic metallic-like patina is present over the whole piece. Very minor wear on the lip. There is some minor loss to the outer bowl which appears to be as made. Intact. A really impressive piece.
