Head of sea-eagle left; below, dolphin left / Quadripartite incuse square with two opposing quarters filled, Δ within one unfilled quarter. RG –; HGC 7, 388 var. (pellet in quarters); SNG von Aulock 6835–7 var. (letter on rev.). Toned, patches of find patina, some marks. VF. Extremely rare variety with this letter on reverse, only one in CoinArchives (Nomos 20, lot 167 [hammer CHF 16,000] = Hess-Divo 329, lot 84 = NFA XVIII, lot 169 = Leu 15, lot 272 = Glendining, 9 July 1963, lot 97).
