Bearded head right of the Sabine king, Tatius; palm frond below chin / Abduction of the Sabine women: two Roman soldiers, facing each other, each carrying off a Sabine woman in his arms. Crawford 344/1c; Sydenham 698b; Tituria 3; RBW 1300. Toned with some light golden hues and iridescence. Good VF.
