Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Asclepius standing facing, head right, leaning on serpent-entwined staff to right; facing Hygieia standing left, feeding serpent from patera held in her arms; between them, Telesphorus standing facing, wearing hooded cloak. RPC VII.2 Online 2608.2 = SNG Levante 266 (this coin); SNG BN –. Green-brown patina, porosity. Near VF. Extremely rare, only three known to RPC.
