Northern France, Rouen. Circa 1470 AD. Leaf (4.96”x6.97”). Medieval Book of Hours. Illuminated leaf containing prayers, including some to Mary. With floral decoration at side. From a prayer book worthy of someone of some means for the time. Gold, red, green, and blue illumination. Ink intact. Minor browning and tiny tears at edge. Slight wrinkle. One small hole at periphery. Old price penciled in at lower margin. Faint spacing lines visible. VF.
