Carausius. Romano-British Emperor, AD 286-293. Antoninianus (19mm, 4.02 g, 6h). ‘C’ mint. IMP CARAVSIVS P F AVG, radiate and draped bust right / FIDES [...], Fides standing facing, head left, holding a signa in each hand; CXXI. Cf. RIC V 226 (for similar issue). Dark green-brown patina. VF. Extremely rare. Unrecorded with this mint mark and reverse type paired together in RIC V.
