Carausius. Romano-British Emperor, AD 286-293. Antoninianus (17.5mm, 3.84 g, 1h). Rotomagus (Rouen) mint. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Salus standing left, holding cornucopia and feeding serpent from patera which is coiled about and rising from altar at feet to left. RIC V 662. Dark red-brown patina with some green, light roughness, minor edge split. VF. Rare.
