Constantine I. AD 307/310-337. Æ Follis (23mm, 4.25 g, 6h). Londinium (London) mint. Struck circa AD 312-313. Laureate, helmeted, and cuirassed bust left, holding spear over shoulder and shield / Sol standing right, head left, raising hand and holding globe; *|–//PLN. RIC VI 286; RML 602 (forthcoming; this coin illustrated); C&T 7.14.005 (same dies as illustrated example). Glossy dark brown-green patina, slight rub on reverse. Good VF. Very rare.
