THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 400-370 BC. AR Drachm (19mm, 5.94 g, 4h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, wearing ampyx / Bridled horse pacing right, head left. L-S Group 1, Head Type 1, dies O1/R1 corr. (exergue line is present); BCD Thessaly II 219/221 (for obv./rev. dies); HGC 4, 436 (same rev. die as illustration; same obv. die as illustration of 435). Lightly toned, slightly granular, trace deposits, light scratches, graffito (“KA”) in field on reverse. VF.
