THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 356-342 BC. AR Drachm (19mm, 6.07 g, 12h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, hair in ampyx / Horse standing right, preparing to lie down. Lorber, Hoard, Group L-III, 43 (same obv. die); BCD Thessaly II 322; HGC 4, 453 corr. (no reins). Old collection tone, with some iridescence, a hint of die rust on obverse, a little off center, double struck, and light scratch on reverse. VF.
