ASIA MINOR, Uncertain. Mark Antony and Octavia. Summer-autumn 39 BC. AR Cistophorus (28mm, 11.67 g, 12h). Ephesus mint(?). Conjoined heads right of Mark Antony, wearing ivy wreath, and Octavia, slight drapery / Dionysus, holding cantharus and thyrsus, standing left on cista mystica, flanked by interlaced serpents. RPC I 2202 (Cistophoric Mint); CRI 263; Sydenham 1198; RSC 3. Some luster, light marks, porosity. Near VF.
